What are your trading hours?

Our trading hours are Monday – Friday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, but our website is always open. Place your order anytime, and we’ll attend to it as soon as possible.

How do I order?

Browse our website, add your desired items to your basket, and click “Checkout” to proceed to the checkout page.

Do you have products in stock?

All the products displayed on our website are available and ready to ship, unless marked as Out of Stock.

Can I view the products before purchasing them?

All our products are displayed and described as accurately as possible on the website. Unfortunately, we do not allow viewings at our warehouse. For any inquiries about a product, please complete our enquiry form or email us at info@pickleballonline.co.za.

How long before I receive my order?

Once your order is placed and payment is made, it will be packed and shipped. Orders received before 12 noon on weekdays are packed and shipped the same day. Orders received after 12 noon or on weekends are packed and shipped the next business day. Delivery to city centers takes 1-3 business days, while delivery to outlying areas takes 3-5 business days.

What is your delivery cost?

We have a standard shipping fee of R99.00 countrywide. Free shipping applies to orders over R500.00.

Can I make changes to my order once submitted?

If you wish to make changes to your submitted order, please email us with your order number and the changes required.

How do I pay for my order?

Card payments are made through Yoco. There is also an EFT option.

Can I cancel an order?

Yes, orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. If you cancel your order after payment has been made and the order is packaged for shipping, you will be liable for the bank charges and shipping costs related to your order. These costs will be deducted from the amount you paid, and the balance will be refunded.

How do I track my order?

We use Fastway couriers for deliveries. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number which can be used to track your order on their website: [Fastway Tracking]( https://www.fastway.co.za/our-services/track-your-parcel/).
