Returns & Refunds Policy

If the goods purchased from ShopADeal are found to be faulty or damaged, we are happy to refund or exchange your purchase. Unfortunately, no returns or refunds can be made for items due to a change of mind or incorrect decisions.

Return Process:

1. Goods received damaged or faulty from ShopADeal are eligible for return within 7 working days from delivery.

2. Please notify us at info@shopadeal.co.za within 48 hours of receipt of goods if your items are damaged or faulty, along with a photo of the damage.

3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. If your return is approved, your refund or exchange will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days, or your exchange will be sent out as soon as possible.

5. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

6. Please note that items arriving after the 7 working days return deadline will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

7. If ShopADeal decides to grant a refund on orders that are not damaged or faulty, a 15% service fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Sale Items

Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
