1. Order Processing & Fulfillment
- Standard Order Cut-Off: Orders received and payment confirmed before 12:00 PM (noon) on business days (Monday to Friday) will be packed and dispatched on the same day.
- Late & Weekend Orders: Orders received after 12:00 PM, or placed on weekends and public holidays, will be packed and dispatched on the following business day.

- Outlying & Regional Areas: 2–5 business days.
Regional Notice for Gauteng Customers
Orders placed within Gauteng are frequently delivered the same day or the following morning.
Please note: While express local delivery occurs regularly, same-day or next-morning delivery is not guaranteed as courier routes and traffic volumes vary. Standard timeframes apply if unexpected delays occur.
4. Warehouse Collection (Local Pickup)
If you select Local Pickup at checkout, please adhere to the following schedule:
- Orders Placed Before 14:00 (Weekdays): Ready for collection on the same day once you receive your ready-for-pickup confirmation notice.
- Orders Placed After 14:00 (Weekdays): Ready for collection from 07:00 AM on the next business day.
- Orders Placed on Weekends: Ready for collection from 07:00 AM on the next business day.
Please bring your order confirmation email and a valid ID when collecting.
5. Order Tracking & Communications
Once your parcel has been collected by The Courier Guy, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real-time.
